VILLA AGNI
This house dates back to the 1920s and is one of the oldest buildings in the settlement of Kavalaraina. It was restored in the 1990s, retaining original features wherever possible. The thick stone walls of the lower floors keep the rooms cool even on the hottest of summer days. The top floor of the three-level property houses the main sitting area, with a large balcony overlooking Agni Bay and Albania. The main bedroom is also located on this level. On the middle level is the main kitchen, which has a fridge and a four-ring cooker. Adjacent is a second smaller kitchen, with a microwave, food preparation area, fridge and recycling point. A small dining room, two bathrooms with showers (one with small washing machine), a large terrace with sitting area and BBQ are also on this level. On the lower level is a small second bedroom; on the same level as the swimming pool, it is normally used as a sitting/resting area, out of the sun. Villa Agni is ideal for those wishing to experience traditional village life away from the hordes, but still within walking distance from the sea. Sleeps four.
